1. Store Credit Only for Returns

  • We do not offer refunds for returned items. However, eligible returns will receive store credit for the original purchase amount, which can be used on future purchases.
  • Store credit will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

2. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for items that are in sellable condition, with the original tags still attached and without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within five (5) days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for the return process.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the new item to you or provide store credit if the desired item is unavailable.

3. Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the item, including photos of the damage and your order details.
  • Compensation for damaged items will be issued at the company's discretion. This may include store credit or an exchange, depending on the nature of the damage and item availability.
  • Only damaged items will be eligible for a refund sent back to the original payment of the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes final sale items, clearance, etc.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@30degs.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged.
  • We will respond with instructions for returning the item, including any applicable shipping costs or fees.

6. Processing Time

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we have received and inspected the item.

7. Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time on our online store.
